The Barcode Tracking System and how it affects your business if used properly:

The answer is quite simple, use a good quality and well-oiled mailing system called The Barcode Tracking System.

SO WHAT CAN THIS SYSTEM DO FOR MY BUSINESS AND HOW?
( for wording and time consumption sake I will refer to everything being sent using the system as a package, whether its a letter, a box, or fine China dinner sets, as it is all done the same way and handled with the same care )

  • 1 – PICKUPS AND RECEIVING:

Your package is either picked up by the client or different departments or sent to the mailroom by these departments ( either via an express tube or hand delivery )to be delivered

Your package is then checked for any damages if the address is correct and basically if the package is safe and enough information to get the package to its proper destination

  • 2 – PACKAGING:

Now your package is sealed in a properly sized packaging set (box, packet, etc), and if anything fragile enough safety material is added so that the package stays safe ( foam balls, bubble wrap, etc).

Once the package is sealed it will get a barcode sticker which is printed from the tracking system machine which will record all relevant information on the mailroom computer as well as the mail person’s handheld device ( with today’s technology an android cellphone is used).

  • 3 – TRANSPORT AND TRACKING:

Once enough packages for the mail person to start his run is loaded on his trolley ( interdepartmental ) or truck ( for outside deliveries ) and he or she sets off to all the destinations.

To track the process all you have to do is look at the system in the mailroom and track his fone.

  • 4 – SAFE DELIVERY:

Once the package is safely delivered, the customer not only signs for it but the mail person can take a picture of the package and is the receiver or client prefers they can even open the package to check if all is safe and here also a foto can be taken so no problems can appear falsely afterward.
